Solve i have a problem that my mp3 player samsung yp-u3 zb that when i connect it to my computer it stays... (More) i have a problem that my mp3 player samsung yp-u3 zb that when i connect it to my computer it stays disconnected

put player on hold then hold down the user and play buttons together and the player will turn off

1. Connect the USB cable to your computer.
2. Press and hold the button while plugging the other end of the USB cable into the YP-Z5.
3. When the display shows USB Connected, release the button.
4. The device is now in USB mode.
5. When through, you must safely remove the USB device. Note: To safely remove the USB device, right click the USB icon ( ) in the bottom right of your screen, and then click Safely Remove Hardware.
   

1. Upon disconnecting the device, it will return to MTP Mode.

Go to Settings --> LED Effect

is battery dead or charged, when connected to a pc what comes on screen? Is it the connecting to pc part that is not happening. problem tooo vague. if it connects but still doesnt switch on then unit faulty.

Make sure songs are in right format, and that the id3 tags have been edited properly

Then do a firmware upgrade:
