I seem to have driver but it won't send jobs to printer. maybe wrong IP address? How do I find correct address for my machine?
Robert, C-252 Copier prefers that you give it a IP address (Call Static IP) Do not use DHCP which the network determines .
Go Administrator, Admin One Network TCP/IP have your network administrator determine best IP address for your network.to give the copier

Is anyone else having problems getting Konica to stand behind its products.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.
