Speakers have a crackle in the sound also rear speakers not working

can mean several things. The crackle is subjective and can mean distortion. Distortion most of the time comes out of the amplifier. Could be you have blown a capacitor in the power supply of the amplifier, making it work with quasi half the voltage. There is no need to change the polarity on a speaker, because when one is not working infuse, it won't distort the music. You only could have difficulty with the stereo sound. It could be a bit unclear where the sound is coming from and could sound a little less powerful.Check the speakers on a different amplifier, to hear if I'm right. Only if you switched on sound while the amp was giving full power, you could have blown the speakers, but most of the time they don't give any noise after that.

SVE1112M1E headphone problem

When your PC plays music or video, what type of sound output do you get; normal or robotic?

If its normal, you may have to test/try out another headphones and connect/plug in to your PC and listen once again to the output sound.

Is it same as your previous headphones is; sounding robotic or is it normal?

Normal sound output in the new headphones (not your previous headphone), you know the answer.

Robotic sound output with the second headphones? You mahave to reload the drivers if this'd help.

However, simply hope problem is not with your PC's sound jack

Whining noise Computer Speakers comes and goes

This is more likely a problem with your sound card than the speakers themselves. Next time it happens, try plugging in some headphones or other speakers into the same port on the computer. Most computer hardware is not designed for good ground isolation and digital artifacts can come through.

The other likely answer is a problem with the cables. Try wiggling the cables, especially near either end, and see if you can find a spot that makes the sound come and go. If there's a break in ground at a connector, or a short to ground in the cable, that can also cause unpleasant distortion in the speakers.

There is a white noise hiss after every sound that comes through the headphones. The sound decays over approx 1.5 seconds. Have tried moving the base around the room, spent $$$ on high quality connection...

Maybe changing channels will do the trick. The noise your hearing is like a distortion of frequency from a nearby device that is using the same frequency the headphones uses.
