I need to know what it is actually doing but have you checked the laser lens?
This is a lens that commonly gets dirty with toner dust and just needs a wipe.
You need to open the front door, then situated on the right hand side cover of the printer will be another little door that you can open and then pull out the laser lens to wipe.
You go through the menus : Press Right arrow once, Then down arrow 5 times (to Reset Menu) Press Right arrow once, The Down arrow 5 times to Change toner C (Cyan) Then down arrow again to Change toner M (Magenta) Then down arrow again to Change toner Y (Yellow) Then down arrow again to Change toner k (Black) Select your colour to change and press the right arrow. The engine durns, open the door and remove the cartridge
Hi, Waste toner container collects all the unused toner from inside the machine after every cycling, unfortunately the container gets filled up and needs to be emptied at intervals. The container looks like the image inserted, just open up your printer and locate the container and empty it then reset and all will be well.
this error refers to a misalignment of the carousel, i have one that randomly does it at the moment, i also have a replace black toner even though the toner is full, i'll get back to ya when i find a fix, the service manual says it can either be the 2nd motor, clutch or sensor, but in my case all three are working fine.

Nope there is nothing to hold in etc. try rotating the belt a little and ensure that the cam in the top left corner at the back inside the area where the belt goes, is turned away from the belt area.
After that a series of damn good hard thrusts, should see you home.

There is a Radio type sensor in the cart. First thing to try is a different cart. If the problem persists you will need check the operation of the receiver end.
I think your machine is the rebadges Epson AcuLaser C1900 so getting a service manual for that machine may be of use.
