Halo, i have a sumsang model sgh i780, and i need internet settings, my network provider is airtel. How do i go about that?

First thing to check is if the modem/router you got from AirTel is wireless or not. To check with your phone: go to Settings, Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is Off, turn it On and it will display all the available Wi-Fi networks. If the name of your home network is listed, it means your AirTel modem/router is wireless. If your wireless home network is not password-protected, you will see the word Open under the network name. If it is password-protected, you will see the word Secured. Tap on the network name and it will connect right away or it will ask you for the password and it will connect to the network after you enter the correct password.
