Piece of rubber came out torn. water leaks out

If your machine has a tray that you put softener in, softener is the last thing added at rinse time. If it is plugged or has a leaking supply hose, this would cause water paddles and appear to be related to the drain cycle.

there may be a blockage in the waste water pump had a similar problem with a beko there was a rubber band wraped around the outlet fan

if it is doing this then sound like the bearing seal has gone and is leaking water into the bearings is the water brown or a grey in colour

Im assuming that the water is not releasing all the powder and your spin cycle is not completing its cycle....

there is a spring style clamp holding it to the front panel simply peel back slightly and "pop" it off, then holding it to the inner tub is a screw style clamp, depending on yr of production, either a 5/32 scrwe or a phillips, holding it in the 2 oclock position, release clamp andreinstall boot, it might take some time to get to fit backaround hte tub but itll bo, you gotta walk it on in spots ( like changing a tireon the bikes as a kid) itlll strectch over the rim and fit, just have to work it

If the washer is not completing the Rinse cycle there may be problem with:

Lid switch
Motor coupler
Belts
Clutch
Drive motor
Drive pulleys
Transmission
Agitator

call a&e factory service, they will service the machine under warranty no mater what dealer that you purchased it from .
i will bet that they will after you tell them what is going on that they will replace the shock absorbers on the machine

have you checked the rubber seal round the door might be torn
