Mi phone does'nt ring loud enough

check in phone settings to ensure ring is set to headphone, I think a lot of phones now can cut this off so you don't suddenly get a loud tone in your ear but speak will work.

I had the same problem with my GN9125 headset and GN1000 remote answerer (lifter arm). There is a knob at the top end of the lifter arm contraption that adjusts "Ring Sensor Sensitivity" (yeah, NOT a very intuitive phrase!) - You have to twist the knob in the direction of the arrow to "increase the sensitivity". Twist it slowly while the phone is ringing and eventually you'll start hearing the ring in the headset. You can see diagrams in the GN1000 manual, which you can find online by googling.

We had to record a loud ring and save it as a ringtone, none of the freebies that came with the phone were very loud.

The ring tone volume on the X1 is not very loud you will just have to choose a loud ring tone that will catch your attention. Have you tried putting both the phone and ring tone volume up by pressing the speaker symbol at the to of the screen and putting both sliders up full.

go to Ring style>Loud or Soft details>Change Ring Volume....7 is max and o is min..

Ringtones that come with LG Vu just arent loud enough. Try downloading FREE ringtones from -myxertones.com-you can find many that ring REALLY loud!

Hi.This problem may occur when the file is compressed or converted.Like if you compress a file from 20MB to 5MB, its quality gets degraded n ultimately sounds bad.
Other remedy may be to try using the same file in some other format.And just see the difference.
Please keep updated about this.

the speaker might have popped you might have to get it fixed or better get new phone (this most likely happened if you dropped it or if it rings alot)

turn increasing ring off, try this

menu>settings>sound>increase ring>off

Earpiece gone. wen u try 2 ring out put it on loud speaker if it works on loud speaker then ur earpiece has gone
