To change the language you see on Facebook:

Click in the top right and select Settings.
Click Language.
Select the language you want to see on Facebook and click Save Changes.

When i set up my accout i used my phone number instead of my email address to log in....well i went to account settings and deleted my number off my page thinking that it would only delete it off my page...

Attempt to reset your password on the facebook as missing password. then reconfigure the secret passes into another pass, maybe phone.

Try logging on from a different device an unknown device and that should work if not just wait about three days or so and if someone else is logged onto your profile that could also be the problem so if so tell them to log out of your profile but still wait a day or two
