1. Launch the Safari Web browser on your iPod touch 32GB by tapping its icon on the home screen. 2. Navigate to the "JailbreakMe" website. A page displays with details of the Cydia application store. 3. Tap the "Free" button in the upper right corner of the page and then tap it again when the text changes to "Install." Cydia downloads to your iPod touch 32GB and the jailbreaking process begins. 4. Launch Cydia after installation has completed. Tap the "Complete Upgrade" button in the pop-up dialog box. The latest version of Cydia installs, and the iPod touch 32GB reboots to complete the jailbreaking process.

b.
Select the System tab.
c.
Select the Memory icon.
d.
Tap the Running Program tab.
e.
Highlight Microsoft
Reader on the Running Program list.
f.
Tap the Stop button.
Tap OK.
Start File Explorer
Navigate to My Documents/Annotations
Select and delete the .EBO file for
the problem title. The correct .EBO file is the file that begins with the
eBook title. If more than one .EBO
file exists for the problem title, select and delete each one.
Start
Microsoft Reader again.
Open the eBook. Let the device remain turned on,
allowing Microsoft Reader to repaginate until it completes. This process
should not
take more than
a few minutes. Microsoft Reader needs to perform this operation
just once for each eBook.
How do I know if Reader is still handling background pagination on
the title?
Open the eBook in question.
Begin reading the content.
On the bottom of the Reader page, tap and hold
the page number for a couple of seconds — then release it. The Riffle
Control should be displayed: its appearance may
take a second or two.
The Riffle Control shows you where
you are in the eBook. The leftmost number is the first page of the eBook;
the rightmost number is the
last page of the
eBook. If the rightmost number is displayed in red, Microsoft Reader
is not done with background pagination. If the rightmost number is displayed
in black, Reader has completed pagination.
You have malware and a nasty one at that. You need access to the internet from another computer. You will also need a portable flash drive or a USB drive to carry files back to the infected machine. Go to www.filehippo.com and in the center column under Malware, click on the view more text and scroll halfway down the column and download the latest version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware Tool. Download this to the portable drive. Now, restart the infected computer by tapping the F8 key after you power it up. Keep tapping F8 until you see a multi-choice menu pop up. Choose "Safe Mode" and none of the others. When the computer loads in safe mode, insert the flash drive and wait for it to load and be recognized by the computer. Open the drive and view the files. Double click on the MalwareBytes installer and go through the installation process. Uncheck the box that states "update files". Click the box that states "Load MalwareBytes When Finished". Run the program after it installs and select "Quick Scan" and only the quick scan. After the scan completes, it will show you a button that states "Show Results", all the infections will appear in a list marked in red. Now click the button that states "Remove Selected". Click on this and all infections will be deleted. Restart the computer normally and it should be clean. Now, there have been changes done to the network settings that are not letting you get online...we are going to fix that now. Open your browser window and to the right top of the screen look for the "Tools" button and click on it. Scroll down to "Internet Tools", now click on the "Connections" tab. Look to the bottom of that window and if anything in the lower part of the window is checked...uncheck it and hit apply. Anything that references "Proxy Server" should be unchecked. Click on OK, and check to see if you can get online. If you still have trouble, get back to me. Good Luck...ParrotHead
First you need to redownload the firmware. That is something that you can download straight from the manufacture. Then you want to unplug your mp3 player and go to settings. In the bottom of your settings it should have a option to restore to factory settings.
