you have a warped rotor and possibly an imbalanced tire as well..did you ever use "fix a flat"? that will do the same thing as well to fix that? you'll need to bring the tire in to a tire store and empty the remaining fix a flat stuff and the tire leak fixed correctly. if fix a flat was never used it's the first two things I mentioned imbalance in the rim/tire or warped brake rotor
