thats exactly where I'd go for the solution .
Check the drain pump, located under the machine. It might have something stuck in it. coins, toothpicks etc can cause this. Unplug the wiring connector, remove the three screws and two hoses. Usually junk gets caught in the inlet

The humming usually means the motor is trying to start but can't either because of weak windings or not enough electrical power. Need to check the motor control.

Hi When you hear a humming sound from the motor it means that
the motor control is bad and should be replaced. If you still want to test the motor control then you can take it apart and test the motor before replacement. Hope this

Their could be something between baskets in the pump. Remove the inner basket and inspect pump.
