If you don't have 3G or some other connectivity (like wifi), can't access the internet. If your device has 3G, then go check your settings in your phone. Better yet, get out your user's manual and read through it. You might find your answer right there. Good luck.

you have wi-fi calls on...
just turn it off it will work that happened to me haha..
if you need to make a call via wifi just turn it on and then you can make the call
