I replaced my Printmaster Siver 12 cdrom with a used one. How do I change the default printer setting?

You might want to check the printer properties. You are probably relying on PrintMaster and are believing what it is saying. If it is saying it will print in landscape, then make sure that is what the printer is set up to do. Try it both ways on the printer settings, just in case one is canceling the other.

It must be a coloring setting in the printer.

Are you using CS toolbox?
I f so go into the preferences and choose it to print for copy.
Make sure your network printer is set to the default.

There are Vista 64 drivers on the CD that came with the printer, but if you want to download, you should download the network drivers if you are installing the printer to work on a wireless local area network (LAN).

press menu to get to system settings
use > to get to restore default

TX Settings
Scroll down to 2nd page
Edit Standard Send Settings
File Format: PDF
Scanning Mode: Black 300dpi

Try your Windows menu then the printers then edit the default ppaer in the pritner there.
Exit that, saving if necessary, restart WP and try again

the question was regarding PrintMaster Silver 12, although it was posted in the PrintMaster Platinum 16 forum.

Use window search find the file and delete I did what was at support and it did not work I found this file in all users folder deleted it and all is well

click on start > printer and faxes then right click on the printer and click properties

change your settings there
