SOURCE: Saeco Incanto Flashing Red Bean Light

I found a machine in my dentist's office with this exact same problem. I'm not familiar with the model, so I downloaded a manual for the closest model I could find online (the Sirius), and it offered no help -- but in 8 languages!

I ended up just pulling the drip tray, pulling the box where the grounds end up, and re-inserting the assembly (all while the machine was on.) When I buttoned it up again, it worked.

Hope this helps (although I can see how it might not...)

SOURCE: Saeco magic comfort coffee machine grinder

Empty beans out. Take the two screws out.
Put bean grade to 1. Run the machine as if making coffee. Use a vacuum and clean the bean grinding machine area. Run the machine again.

Place bean container back and put screws back in. Fill bean container.

This worked for me

SOURCE: Saeco Incanto S-Class Sirius coffee machine not sensing beans.

I have had the same problem the only way I could get it to brew would to use the program quantity feature every time. I was going to take it in today and decided to restore the factory settings and now its working like it should. This seems to be a circuit board issue Ouch! I have another issue with the steam, if I take the knob off it works if I don't it doesn't glad I bought a 2K model GRRRRR!

SOURCE: Saeco Incanto Deluxe brewunit jammed

Remove the dredge drawer. Open the door. On the left side of the brewing unit, and towards the back of the brew group, there is a single screw. Remove the screw. Grab the handle and pull carefully, but firmly with a quick ****. The brew group should come out. There is a piece that remains in the machine. Slide that piece down and to the right and it will come off. Insert the piece into the hole on the backside of the brew group with the clip up. Tighten the screw and move brew group back into position.
To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this, look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. (You can insert your key into the hole in the front and twist the key to return the brew unit to the center. Line up the 2 diamonds and it centered) If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not, locate the slide on the left side of the brew unit,(it should be hanging down, a flat rectangular piece attached to the cylinder) and push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in, but you must have your drip tray and dredge drawer in. Turn the machine on. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and remove the tray, now insert the brew group and replace the tray.

Vac out the bean chamber, then remove the 2 or 3 screws and carefully lift the bean hopper off the machine, then continue cleaning the grinder, careful not to lose the gasket around the top of the grinder. When done reassemble and try to brew but do not add beans to hopper as yet. Until you are sure all the plastic pieces are out.

Incanto-classic coffee beans do not flow to grinder

The machine automatically stir the beans since the blade make vibration and doing that shake the bean all around.Make sure the the tank is half full so the weight will help on that.If the container is almost empty the bean will fly around and don`t get in the grinder.Back up the machine to the original factory grinding and try to adjust again the wheel
