Your Brother printer model 7535's drum may be getting toner powder on it for a number of different reasons.
You might try the following troubleshooting steps:
Make sure the toner cartridge is seated and correctly put in the printer by checking it.
Toner powder may spread on the drum if the toner cartridge is not placed properly.
Cleaning the drum may be necessary if it is unclean or has toner powder on it.
A clean, lint-free cloth should be used to carefully wipe the drum after opening the printer and removing the toner cartridge.
Avoid touching the drum with your fingers as this may leave a fingerprint that can affect print quality.
Replace the drum: The drum may need to be replaced if it is worn out or damaged.
For information on how to change the drum, consult the documentation or manual that came with your printer.
Go at the printer's settings:
Make sure the printer's settings are configured properly for the kind of paper you are using.
Toner powder may spread on the drum if the printer is configured to use heavy or thick paper.
Chances are your waste toner bin is full. Depending on the printer, that will be in the drum unit for printers like a Lexmark. In the printer cartridge for HP, or in the transfer belt for most color printers.
Here's the process:
1) Make sure that the printer is turned on. Open the front cover.
2) Take out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly
3) Push down the green lock lever and take the toner cartridge out of the drum unit.
4) Be sure to seal up the toner cartridge tightly in a suitable bag so that toner powder does not spill out of the cartridge.
5) Unpack the new toner cartridge. Hold the cartridge level with both hands and gently rock it from side to side five or six times to spread the toner evenly inside the cartridge.
6) Pull off the protective cover.
7) Put the new toner cartridge firmly into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place. If you put it in
properly, the lock lever will lift automatically.
8) Clean the primary corona wire inside the drum unit by gently sliding the green tab from right to left and left to right several times.
9) Put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back in the printer. Close the front cover.
That's it. You may also want to download the user manual as it has photos along with the instructions above. You can obtain that at:

Piezoelectric Cartridge (Epson) - The cartridge contains piezoelectric crystal, which when current is applied changes shape and size forcing ink out from the nozzle.
Toner (Laser Jet Printer) - A drum contains powdered ink (toner), which is spreads on the paper using negative and positive charges and the heater sticks the ink on the paper.

If you want even more detailed information, there is a how to guide with ilustrations on each step on the Brother website.
possibility is that the toner particles inside the cartridge has been displaced and unevenly spread when the printer was moved. Try removing the toner cartridge, shake vigorously, to even out the thin powdery toner particles inside.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Remove your drum unit and you will see on top of where the drum unit sits inside your machine is a piece of glass(inside the machine). Wipe the glass with a soft dry cloth. If this do not work, remove your toner cartridge and see if the toner is spread evenly on the cartridge.
