Changed the circuit breaker
Hello Murray;
My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.
Hi E61 means that the control board is sensing an incorrect/abnormal voltage present at its input.
1.) Unplug the unit for 5 minutes. If the error comes back -
2.) Lets check your power cord:
a.) Unplug the machine. Is the middle connector on your power cord connected to 'N'?
b.) Tighten all the connectors. Make sure you have a good ground.
c.) Check the voltage. Between 'L2' & 'N' = 110V, 'L1' & 'N' = 110V, 'L2' & 'L3' = 240V.
3.) Lets check your control board for shorts:
a.) The following link will show you how to access. Ground yourself by rubbing your hands on bare metal. Static electricity will knock out a board.
b.) Check all of the connections, push in on the wires at the connectors.
c.) Reassemble and try to start

4.) Well, if none of the above solved the problem, you have to replace the control panel.
