This usually means the application (facebook) itself has gone wrong. First double click the home button and swipe upwards on your facebook app (this closes it out much like on a computer when you click the X on the top right)
Then try to re-open facebook.
If it still is doing the same thing then press and hold your facebook application until it starts shaking. An X should show up on the top left corner, if you click this it will delete the application from your phone.

Oops reseting by pressing the on / off button and home button in the same time, till the apple logo appears. after about one minute you can switch on, with the on of switch. Keep it pressed for about 3 seconds, till it switches on.
I'm not sure if this will be too new for your vehicle, this is how to do it on a newer explorer, but it wouldn't hurt to try. switch on but do not start the engine, press the unlock button on the driver door three times, switch off, press the unlcok buttons three times more, switch on without starting press unlock and lock again and switch off. If you want to re-enable the auto locking you should repeat the whole process. You can alos do it through the key pad if your vehicle is equipped but I don't know the exact process. It is described in detail in the user manual. The horn should chirp at you if done correctly
