Here is little history. I am installing the seat covers. I did installed the seat covers for front seats. I am able to install the seat covers for Rear Back as well. Seat Assembly Replacement
1.Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.
2.Remove the rear seat back assembly.
3.Installation is the reverse of removal.
Remove bottom seat by pulling up from front to both sides once that is out there are four bolts at the bottom of back seat - remove them - then from the bottom of back seat pull up.Remove bottom seat by pulling up from front to both sides once that is out there are four bolts at the bottom of back seat - remove them - then from the bottom of back seat pull up.

Remove the headrests. Then slide the cover over the seat back cushion (Photo 5). Push the bottom straps through the gap and into the buckles just like you did on the bottom cushion (refer to Photo 3). Reconnect the bib panel and pull down on the rear portion of the seat back cover to remove wrinkles.
there are clips on the seat, so you have to put your hand in the gap where the seat meets the carpet and pull up really hard. do the same for the other side
Two bolt behind the rear seat tracks under little covers, the lift up the back of the seat and pull the seat assembly towards the rear, the you have your electrical connectors
grab the rear seat an pull it to the back of the car at the same time pull up on the seat..they have a friction clip that holds them in...u may need to use some force to do this...the upper part on the seat where ur back reasts against is bolted in with 2 12 or 14mm bolts..remove the bolts an just lift the back section out

Remove the lower seat cushion by pulling straight up on the front portion and disengaging the clips. Then hinge the seat upward to release the rear clips.

Remove upper rear seat back-to-chassis bolts.

Fig. 6: ... Then pull up on the seat to disengage the three clips on the top of the seat
Remove rear seat back by tilting forward and pulling straight up.
To install:
Install the lower seat cushion and torque the lower rear seat-to-chassis bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs. (21-26 Nm).
Install the upper rear seat back cushion and torque the upper rear seat back-to-chassis bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs. (21-26 Nm)
the seat bottom has two 12mm bolts on the drivers side and pass side behind the seat between the seat back and bottom, feel between the seats and you can feel them, use a 12mm shallow socket and 12 inch 3/8 drive extention to remove them, them push the relase latches on the front of the seat bottom.
it is not designed to be removed. It is designed to slide back and forth as needed.

Bench Removal
Remove the center seat(s) if equipped. Refer to the procedure in this section.
Slide the bench seat forward to the center row seating position.
Use a flat-blade screwdriver to remove the cover caps from the front of the rear seat cushion latch cover.
Remove the two rear seat bolts from the front of the rear seat cushion latch cover.
Lift the rear seat cushion floor cover on the back of the rear bench seat and remove the two inboard rear seat bolts and the two outboard rear seat bolts.
Remove the bench seat from the vehicle through the body side door opening.
