Try using a USB charging cable that plugs into a wall socket (via adapter), rather than using a cable plugged into the computer. Computer USB sockets sometimes have lower power ratings and are insufficient to charge tablets.
(It is not clear if you have successfully charged on computer before or not). Also just try a new cable if you have not as they can become damaged (get one with a decent make - sometimes the very cheap cables and charges are poor quality and do not work well)

Your tablet's port is broken or malfunctioning. It probably needs to be replaced.

I found this forum from searching about the prestige 7 and watching the videos ... It showed the charging animation for a few mins and then went off. ... I'd like to figure out what the problem is as I quite like the tablet and it was half .... prestige pro 7d won'tturn on. ,. visual land 8q has power but will not turn on. prestige 10D wont turn on after charging help!

Will not go past company logo on start up

turn it off and turn it back on. If it is doing the same probelm there should be a small rest button on the back of the device. this will get it out of freeze mode.
