If your 3TB device supports FTP or SMB, there are apps available for Android (like AndFTP or AndSMB) to allow you to copy files to and from the device or your Windows computers.
I found a manual for Android 4.2 for a different tablet (a PiPO Max-M6 tablet) which I've never heard of, but has many similarities to the iRulu AX105. The manual has been useful to me.
