Run the Blue Ray straight to the TV and see if the picture is still in black and white. If it is you know that your reciever is fine and the problem lies in the player or the TV. If the picture is normal then you probably have a bad HDMI IC that will need to be replaced.

This can be due to failure of the display section power supply, the display processor or the display subsection circuit. So since the amp is working well otherwise then it is possible that voltage to the display is checked , the processor section is checked for correct clocking and the linking cords are checked. Sometimes it can be poor soldering joints and a good touch up of solder will solve.

puedes subir o bajar la resolucion de tu t.v o pantalla ya que algunas son HDMI u otras FULL HD probablemente no este bien ajustada o los cables no estan funcionando bien o estan trozados,....

Are you routing the video into your reciver from the dvd player? If so route the video directly into your tv. It won't fix the initial problem but you will get picture and sound to watch dvd movies.

probably a cable is loose or not connected for display. printer could be faulty or you mught fix easily.
