I'm pretty sure that the Lowrey was a rebadged Casio keyboard with the same model number. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/358460/Casio-Lk-30.html You could also take a look at some of the other manuals here https://www.casio-intl.com/asia/en/emi/pastmodels/
You can't add songs to the LK-30 song bank. I suspect you would need to take apart the keyboard and replace the ROM (read-only memory) chip to get a different song collection.
you nearest casio dealer may have one in the back of the store, many buyers don't want/need the manuals so some stores hold on to them for such occassions
The contacts are under the keys, about halfway from the front of the white keys to the back of the key., There are several different key types for Casio keyboards. USUALLY the keys are either in blocks or individual. Here is a manual for a Casio, and while it is NOT your model, your keyboard will be very close.
I was also looking for the manual on-line which an e-bay seller told me was available. Not from Casio, but someone was nice enough to scan in a manual at http://www.usersmanualguide.com/casio/musical_instruments/lk-30. It is in PDF format, so you will need to download it and view it with Acrobat reader or similar. Not the greatest quality as it is just a copy, but certainly readable.
