Can be a defect or a bios problem:reset the bios by the "reset bios" jumper on the motherboard or press canc during boot and enter bios; on the exit and save tab select "load system bios defaults" then select save and exit. if after that it beep again is a faulty component, probably a ram bank. turn off pc, disconnect the ac cable and remove a ram bank (if there're 2 or more on the motherboard) and switch them until it boot. hope it help

Et1862 stuck in elogo and restart with a beep continously

See if the computer will start in safe mode.
Steps to get in to safe mode: Make sure the computer is OFF not in sleep or hibernate mode.
Start computer and tap on the F8 key till you see a text screen that gives you the: Start windows in safe mode with networking.
Select that startup. If the computer doesn't start and you get the same beep - Then you have a possible hardware related issue.
If the beep is actually a number of beeps - this would relate to your system memory. Hope this help you in figuring out your issue.

Beeping external hard drive

Gone mate. Your hard disk is dead. I think the head is damaged. You can't do anything. Unless you have another HDD from same manufacture, same size. you can replace card on HDD and have a go, otherwise forget that HDD.
