One Connector not working on Durabrand SA-SP9 Surround Sound

Question edited for clarity.

Durabrand is a bargain basement brand as an own label electronics supplier for Walmart and Asda in the UK. They are made in Turkey and China and there is little to no support. This is the closest manual I can find.

There is always a 5th screw under a label sticker that hides it.
Remove the sticker and the screw and you are done!

first u connect surrounded system into tv.it will work for both, don't connect with dvd only

Replace the remote battery and try

Durabrand a private label tradename of Walmart, and is manufactured by Funai. Device codes include: 534, 541, 657, 661, 662, 677, 682, 694.

The code 694 worked for me when I programmed my Dish Network remote.

Your regular TV set must be able to process the surround encoding through its output to where the Durabrand is taking the sound from.

Also, if you are using the TV set on a converter, Cable Box, or Sat receiver, and you are not taking the output from the component output there will be no surround from the source.

Surround sound is critical to how it is processed and applied.
