Hi Bill,
I understand you want to copy video files from your RealPlayer Cloud Account. onto a thumb drive/ flash drive. I don't use RealPlayer Cloud, however, in all internet based accounts, you can access your files and manipulate as you wish.
Try selecting a video file (from the cloud account) you want to save on the portable drive and right-click on it while being highlighted. Check the drop-down option and see if there's an option for copy. If yes than, you can select all the wanted files and copy them to the thumb drive.
Copy and paste the link into your web browser and the download and install the driver. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=6816&ProdId=948&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%20XP%20%20Professional*&DownloadType=Drivers
You need a software so that you can download videos. I dont know the best download software but I'm using videoget software. You can try it but you need to download it first, here is the link
Uninstall Realplayer, Go to the Dell Website and make sure you have all of the correct drivers for your computer (From the support section).
Download the latest version of Realplayer and re-install it.
