SOURCE: 2o amp starter fuse blows
This is a iindication of Hi resistance in your starter, thus starter May be on its way out
SOURCE: Problem with a kipor 12 ta generator
Hi,
I just guessing here but it could mean that the oil pressure is too low.
I'd check the oil level first, then look for the oil pressure switch and temporarily disconnect it.

there has to be something simple. check for broke/melted wires, wiggle test wires to make it blow fuse. how long does it take to blow fuse. does the fan go on.do you have to ride it to get it to blow?

Hi there .
In my opinion you should remove the starter and check the starter first . After you remove the starter get a good 12v battery and 2 wires and test the starter . Make sure to not invert polarity . After you touch the wires on the contactor (small solenoid on the side) see if the overrunnig (part with gears) comes out easy and with no obstruction . If the overrunning does not come out you could have a bad contactor (part # 31204-ZA0-003) or a bad starter (part # 31200-ZA0-701) .
Hope this help
