Firstly, I checked your source code and you have overdone the amount of time using a word. On Google and Bing rule of thumb is 5 only. Variations like quote, quotes, quotations are fine but not over 5 times, they will penalize you. Check your Metatags and key words carefully. Also Join Bing and Google and use their Developer and Webmaster tools. They help you see how many hits, who is looking at you site You can submit your site from there and make adjustments then resubmit to get a higher rank.

Certain online websites are refusing to accept my password?

I would suggest using a password of at least 10-20 characters, with a mixture uppercase, lowercase, and numbers (1234), preferably alternating (i.e. M1y2p3A4s5S6w7O8r9D). Also make your security questions very difficult to answer. Don't use something as common as mother's maiden name or first child's name. Make the answer very difficult, and I would even suggest throwing in a sequence of numbers at the end of the answer to make it harder to be hacked.
