Yes .. Samsung ain't have a tiny light on top showing its charging however on screen it shows if its charging and for text messages thr is envelope kind symbol when a message is pending for reading in case someone closes pop up message that shows 'You got some unread messages'

First Option:
Phone in the Other Sim and check the Phone Network Signal If Network Signal Problem not Solved So
Secend Option:
Your Phone Network IC Fault So Please change Network IC
And Network Signal Problem will Solved
if it is there isn't much you can do on this side of the network.
Contact your phone company.

Try other sim cards in the phone to be sure the problem is not from the sim. When you are sure the problem is not from the sim, try to reset the phones's factory settings. If it still does not work, then flash the phone.
If the fault was detected to be a sim fault, then get another line of the same network, and call your mobile service operators.
