No. You'll have to connect the video to your TV and then pass the audio to the receiver. 3-D pass-thru was only added to some audio receivers with HDMI outputs in about 2010. The Yamaha RX-V1300 was released at least 7 years earlier. Video monitors/TVs with 3D display were virtually unknown when this model was released. You can find the specifications for this receiver here: http://usa.yamaha.com/products/audio-visual/hifi-components/stereo-receivers/rx-v1300_black__u/ (click on the Specs tab).
I wish that I had better news for you.

Hey there fontdude, I will begin assuming you are running your a/v cable into your receiver and then out to the TV or Monitor. If this is the case, I suggest you run the video cable direct from DVD or VCR device to Tv/monitor. You can still run the audio through your receiver. The nature of your problem was probably related to video signal strength being weakened as it ran through your receiver. Good Luck! Let me know how it works for you.

I had this issue once before, recheck all the conenctions on the tv, and make sure that the HDMI plug in for the TV * if its the older model * make sure it is placed to HDMI not TV.
Please let me know how it goes,
Thanks

Bad DSP chip. The only other possibility is if you have the "Direct" on. On the front of the receiver it's a small button. Also make sure your "Speaker Select" A/B is "on" You will see it on the display, it's also a small button on the front of the receiver. If all this is correct and you still have no audio, it's a bad DSP chip. Not worth repair, it's 400-500 repair. Not very common in a Yamaha RX-V series, but I have seen it. I'm a Yamaha Dealer. If you need further help, post a comment and I will be glad to help you further.

Fortunately you are wrong :)
On yamaha site you can see that RX-V363 has a DOCK connector, which supports both iPod docking station YDS-11 and Bluetooth Wireless Audio Receiver YBA-10.
