also click forgot password..the email used for FB should be ur username as well. You can also contact facebook.

the only way I have ever been able to get out of a page when the phone freezes is by turning the phone off and on, also just remove the battery this might help to clear the problem

you need to ask the mobile phone service provider to recreate same number on a new physical sim, you get the confirmation code via old number after that you change the confirmation code on fb.
