Tried the a.c. and d.c. charger that comes with the unit for eleven hours for both and no results. On A.C. charging all the lights come on in the unit and on D.C. only the red light comes on. At the end of charging time, no results other than the unit is still dead ( the lights and air compressor does not work).
I agree with Ron. Contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I have same situation with my Booster Pac Brand ES2500 12 volt power supply. But I let the thing charge for 2 days to no avail. Now it's just an ornament sitting in the floor of my garage.
Contact manufacturer. If still under warranty they should replace. Sounds like the internal battery is dead...there has to be a little "juice" left in the battery for the charger to have a complete circuit to charge...some of these units take 24 or more hours on an initial charge.
Hope this helps,Ron
