You sure you want sound? Its the same repetitive 6 second whistling looped over and over. Usually one you start the game you just turn up/down the volume using the buttons. Unless there is an in game mute. Possibly a side switch like on the iphone.

Playing high level candy crush out 2/10/16 tried to buy extra moves to beat level game froze and went back to home screen.Now game takes long time trying to load, fails and goes back to my home screen

I'm certainly not a gamer, but in this case try restarting the iPhone.
If that doesn't help remove the app and do a fresh re-install from the app store. In-App purchases can be restored. I'm not sure if you retain your game status - again i'm not a gamer.

Hi Mary, this is candy crush built in intervention your addicted to candy crush ! lol just playing :)
I don't know how to tell you to solve the problem personally, but there is the game tech support numbers. I am sure they can get you back in the game! Hope that helps, Have a great night!
