You can try the manufacturer:
Company: Ocean Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd
Address: Mashe Industrial Area , Guihe Road, Lishui Town, Nanhai
City: Foshan
Country: China
State/Province: Guangdong
Zip/Postal Code: 528200
Phone Number: (86 757) 81853704 (86 757) 81853706
Fax Number: (86 757) 81853702
Homepage Address:http://www.globalsources.com/oceangd.co

But for more immediate response, try a local appliance dealer that handles that product.
Other than that, try the secondary market or used appliance dealers, they occasionally "part out" appliances.

SOURCE: Frigidaire Frost Free Commercial Freezer

The drain has most likely frozen over. It is at the bottom behind the back panel inside the freezer. You will need to remove all of the ice and run hot water down the drain until it is clear.

SOURCE: side of frost free freezer is very hot

the condenser coils of the freezer anre inside the case of the freezer, they are suposed to be hot they are removing the latent heat from inside the freezer to make it cold, no heat transfer no cooling, you will notice the high heat temps a lot of the time after adding food to the freezer or when you just have started it after being turned off for some reason it is fine

SOURCE: frosting & water dripping from freezer in Frost free freezer

Hi, You will find that your problem relates to the defrost heater in the freezer. You will need to take the drawers out and remove the back panel to access the evaporator. There is a foil heater that lays underneath the evaporator and it will need to be changed. Along with the klixon that controls it. This will ensure that both parts are good. Your problem will then be fixed no more water!
Good luck................

SOURCE: My Bosch frostfree fridge freezer keeps icing up!

My Bosch Frost Free Fridge Freezer did the same thing - Ice forming in the bottom of the freezer area after a few days.

It was caused by a blocked drain pipe - When the freezer does the de-frosting cycle, the melted ice drips into a tray and tehn runs into a dish on top of teh compressor, through a pipe.

If this pipe gets blocked, the de frosted ice overflows from the tray and overflows into the bottom of the freezer and then re-freezes !

To fix, pull the freezer away form the wall, locate the pipe that runs to the dish on top of the compressor and blow through it - This should clear it. Alternatively, from inside the freezer compartment, pull off the cover at the back, but the clips holding it on will probably break off, as mine did ! You can sort of push the cover back on and re-fit the food draws.

The refrig does not defrost. frost is

This is a serious problem which you have to fix as soon as possible. if you don't act , you will pay $200 for repair or $500 for a new one.
Are you ready?

Do you know what we call cable ties? you will need one. And unplug your refrigerator, very carefully, turn your refrigerator in the way you can see the back. . You will see a small pipe , very small going from the condenser( part from the compressor) just after the filter. See if you can put this small pipe in contact with the part who frost and with cable ties ( must be metallic) tie together. at two places. Problem gone forever . Enjoy and don't forget to vote for me.

Top half not freezing

If this is not a frost free unit , it probably has a freon leak. This is usually not worth fixing in a deep freeze. If it is a frost free unit the fan could be bad. This is an easy repair.
