Shutdown your device( tablet/smartphone and/or etc. ) then restart it and try opening Google Play Store. If the Playstore continues to refuse to open it might be necessary to reset the device. Examine the device along its top and sides and a tiny "reset" hole should be present. Use the end of a paper clip > insert in the hole and press. The device should automatically shutdown and restart. Then try opening Google Play Store. If this does not work; it may be that Google Play Store is not supported. You can easily install a similar app store such as 1 Mobile Market or Apptoid which have most of the same apps as Google.

Google play server not working trying to sign into g.mail says try again later

Why is Google Play not working?
The bad part is that sometimes older data can pile up, and it can also misbehave. This is why it's good to clear cache from time to time. To wipe the Google Play Store cache memory, just head over to your Settings and select the "Apps" option. From there, simply look for Google Play Store and tap on it.

Why won't my play store won't come on I have wifi please answer back please

Settings -> More Settings -> Mobile Network -> Uncheck Mobile Data

Wipe the cache from Google Play again as mentioned above

Reboot before trying Google Play

Once you've rebooted - make sure Mobile Data is still turned off and then try updating Play Apps over wi-fi

If that still won't work, and if you have an older version of Google Play, you can try manually installing a newer Google Play store

OR RESET YOUR ROUTER AND CONNECT AGAIN

Please help me I'm obsessed with candy crush and I have it on Facebook.I downloaded it onto my mobile to play also ,it says candy crush has been installed but there's no app coming up on my phone to play...

With Google Play store sometimes updates don't go as planned when it updates the actual app that is used to download other items to your phone. Best way to fix this is to go to [Apps] --> [Settings] --> [Apps or Application Manager] Choose [All] from the tabs to choose. Then scroll down till you find [Google Play or Play Store] From here you can click on it and then choose "Uninstall Updates" after this is completed you should be able open play store again like normal, select Yes to the terms and conditions and then be back up and running again.
