If you're looking to block SPAM callers from your cell (expect to reduce but not eliminate them), try one or more of these solutions:

Unknown callers should have a number that appears with no name - these can be blocked post call or in the Settings/Phone/Blocked Callers section. Unknown calls with no number can only be blocked from the carrier side - you would have to contact your provider.

You can sign up for the do not call list, but unfortunately all you can do is not answer any calls you don't recognize and eventually they will stop the computer will delete your number
