My email comes in but it does not go out are my setting wrong

The process is the same for your phone as it is for the phone above. Use of the "Forward" arrow takes you to the point where you have to choose what email address to forward the email to. After you select the recipient, you click the appropriate icon to send.

If you have internet access, you can probably login to Google and access the gmail account. You can also go into your Gmail settings and set the options to forward emails to your mobile device.

You must open each email and resend it.

A red exclamation point means there was a problem with sending your email. You can click on the mark to see further information about the problem. Most likely, you will have to check you email settings and correct the problem. You can, alternately, delete that account and create a totally new version of that account. The most likely error is entering the password incorrectly. Depending on who your email provider is, you may, instead, have incorrect outgoing email information. You would have to check with your provider to determine the correct settings.

Go to settings / Mail, Contacts, Calendars then find Always Bcc myself and switch it off.

You can always restore it to brand new.
You need a computer with iTunes and the charghing usb cable.
Before restoring make sure that the Find my iPhone app is off, otherwise after restoring it will give you the very same wrong email.
Once that is off, connect the ipad to the computer and click restore.
Once restore is complete, at very end you will be prompt with 2 questions:
1. Set iPad as brand new
2. Restore from (your name) back up.

At this iem you can choose either one, because Find my iPhone is off. And now you can change the email address.
It is your best option since it is way too difficult without restoring it.

Is it going to a computer in the same household? Or is it going to another location. Maybe the connection at the recieving end is low.

Delete email account off ipad. Turn off . Then add your email account back to the pAd

When you open an email you want to forward, you click the reply arrow either at the top left of the screen where the move to and trash bin usually are.

Or in gmail you will find it at the top of the email on the right next to the name if the person who sent you the email .
