I have a JWIN JS-P201 speakers and i want to know how to connect them to my computer.is this possible and if so how is it done?

Theres the two mini speakers using red and white inputs for the L And R sounds, but theres no red or white input for the computer to connect the the sub-woofer, only a small black lead connection that goes into a green port on the computers processor box. if i connect the black lead to either of the red or white ports it plays the sound but gives a lot of feedback? how do i fix this?

Your PC cannot power speakers by itself... you need to take headphone (Green port) output to an Aux in of any amplifier or getto blaster. Conversely you could purchase a PC/Laptop USB connected amp. Creative Labs used to sell these (I have one) but search on-line.

The usb drivers for this speaker are included in the OS. Update your mac OS. If you still have a problem the speakers are probably broken.

How do I connect jWin JS P701 to my existing appliances?

That is such a goofy speaker set up and a first for me.

OK here is what is going on. This is a powered speaker set with no Dolby decoder. It will accept for surround only 3 sets of RCA's from a DVD player. I will include a link to a DVD player that has theses so you know what to look for. Make sure to look at the back panel image.

This speaker set is really just a modified PC set of speakers.( note the three mini to RCAs adapters only available in the box mind you).

If you don't want to get a new DVD player you can get a home theater receiver with what ever digital audio connection you have, as long as the receiver has pre outs to hook up to the speaker set. Will include a link to the one that has this. But that is counter intuitive to buying a powered speaker set.

Your only other option is to hook to up to a PC with the correct 5.1 sound card.

If it is a new purchase I suggest take it back and get a 5.1 system that will work with your existing equipment.

PS also look up white van scam I think you may have been had.

Want to connect Boston BA745 subwoofer to home theatre system

Is your question :"Is it possible to connedct a set of speakers to my PC"? Yes it is possible. Anything is possible, my friend!

Your speakers look like mine though I have not checked the model number. If you have a mini banana stereo plug on the speakers, plug it into the same coilor jack on your PC. You will need a power supply of appropriate sized. connect the little speakers as appropriate and you should be in business.

let me know what happens

My computer speaker is not working

To determine if the speakers are faulty or the computer, plug the speakers into a stereo player. If the sounds come out of both speakers then they are OK and the fault is with the computer/s.
It could be software or hardware fault (ie. the audio card).

JBL CREATURE SPEAKERS

Hi there ! Sure, it's possible to connect such speakers on a tv. Usually, you're gonna have an RCA (white + red) audio outputs on the back of the tv in the A/V connections. That's the one you want to use ! That connection may, or may not be variable, and usually has a configurable behavior through the TV's menu, in the audio submenu. You wanna look for 'Audio Out' or similar. The speakers probably have a 1/8 of an inch mini stereo connection, which is meant to be connected on a PC sound card. You only need a RCA to 1/8 Mini Stereo adapter, which can be found at a dollar store, radio shack, best buy or any electronics store you got close for 2-5$. Hope that helps ! cheebster.
