If the problem is in 1st gear as as you take off and as speeds get greater and shifts into second gear sometimes it's a slipped belt in rear tire and as speeds starts to get above 10-20 mph problem starts to fade away sounds a lot like a slipped belt in a rear tire
It's probably a problem with the shift lock system . This is a safety feature that won't allow you to shift from park into a gear unless your foot is pushing on the brake pedal . Brake switch sends a B+ voltage to a module (maybe) ,the module then energize's a locking solenoid ,to unlock the shifter . Google lexus shifter interlock .
Do you mean main battery under bonner or battery in key fob? If main battery, this fault with drivers window is a coincedence, if you mean key fob, you will need to reprogramme key fob, speak to your dealer
