For a start, you should provide your universal remote brand and model. Probablly you shold look for another GOOD an RECOGNIZED universal remote and lookup in manual if your TV is listed. Too bad that manuals just list brands, never models.
In any case, you should ask your TV Cable compay about a remote for your TV. THey know much about this issue.

The real manufacturers like Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG etc, do update their lists. But ones who just stick a badge on someone elses device don't seem to. That is why it is so difficult to get a code for 'in house' products like Logik which is a badge of the Dixon Group.
