What are chickens farmed for?

Either for meat or for eggs. It is extremely difficult to have a chicken for meat AND eggs, so they are farmed for one or the other.

Kentucky fried chicken

Real chicken. Typically they're 2-year-old laying hens that have spent the last 18 months in windowless egg factories that use 8-hour day+night lighting cycles to force them to lay 3 times/day. The only routers usually employed are the conveyor belts that transport the eggs to the sorting room, though.

Is it kosher to eat meat and eggs together?

Technically it is. But if you ask me personally, I think it should be because isn't eating a chicken with an egg together more offensive than eating a cheeseburger?

Chicken or Egg... Which came first

i say it was chicken.
chicken has evolved from ancient turtle. turtle got tired of being slow and to hide in its shell from predetors.,so he decided to grow wings and fly away. but at first try he failed.thats why we have chicken ,. he tried again . he thought he needed to be biger to fly.so he evolved to ostrich.it did not work either.thats why ostrich hide his head under the sand .he cant fly and he doesnt have a shell to hide in.
i hope you got the answer .
