What is the complete model # from the sticker on the range? I will need that so I can look into this for you. I will say that I have seen, in several cases, where the oven control gets a surge and fries after an element has broken.

You do have a lower element. On convection ovens they are usually covered. If you look in the bottom of you oven you should see it is elevated in a rectangular metal cover. You should be able to slide it forward and lift it away to expose bottom element.
If visual inspection shows no signs of burn out on it then you will have to test to see if it is getting power.
Can you tell if the top element is working for sure?
