Go to the Hp web site, select the software you require and click on it.

not sure ,how to "instill"


but if you want to install it , insert the cd , follow steps and once the software tells you to connect the printer then connect it , not before!

software should be available on any HP website

you change your cartridge which signal color code or mark replace this mark cartridge then solve your problem printer ready then make a copy

There is either a small piece of paper in your paper input section or you have a paper sensor going bad.

this sounds like a low voltage power supply issue. your low voltage is soley for powering up the machine
