Error Code SC549 appears. Tried to clear service code by the following: Clear Mode, then 107, then hold red key. This does not clear the Error code. Please help.
SP 5-810, press 1 hold down OK and original type key at same time to reset. -Carl
You need to turn the red power switch off after you enter service mode and if there is an actual problem the code will come right back

hi im jules_09,have you tried cleaning all the ruber roller?try cleaning all ruber roller then lubricate al bushing and gears.if there is still a problem check all paper sensor it can be cleaned with alcohol.just soak the paper sensor with alcohol then let dry after a few minute then install it back again in the copier.dont soak the paper sensor in alcohol while it is in the machine.turn of the copier first

I belive that is a Richo copier.. Try this.... press the yellow clear button once then press the 1 then 0 then 7 (just press once and don't hold them) then press and hold the Red Stop button till the display changes and turn the copier Off then back On. That should clear the code, if not you may have a problem with the fixing unit... Good Luck....

Try this press the "yellow/ca" botton, then enter 1-0-7, then press and hold the "red" stop" till the display changes. Once, it changes turn the Main power switch OFF. Not the one on the control pannel. Let it power down then turn it back ON. If the problem is still there try to turn the copier Off again and unplug the sorter/ finisher and turn the copier back ON. Is the problem gone, if so you may have to get a service person come in and repair the sorter. Good Luck.....
