The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.

In order to proceed with decaling of the espresso machine you need to have the solution appropriate for decaling an espresso machine.
Different brands of espresso machines, like Krups, Saeco, Gaggia e.t.a. have their own brands of decaling solutions. You should know that all of these are similar products so you can use them in all different bands if you don't have the one of you specific brand without any problem. So if you have De longi , Krups machine and you can only find Saeco decaling solution you can use it with the same results.
One thing you should have in mind Never use any Vinegar as a decaling solution since this will destroy some parts of the machines not instantly but in long term since vinegar is corrosive to this parts.
So the first thing is to remove any water fitters or small softeners that are included in you water tank. Fill the water tank with water up to maximum, dissolve your solution in the water you do need only two to three spoonfuls of solution.
Switch on the machine and wait to warm up. When the machine is ready you can turn the water knob and start getting some water in a pot. Leave it for a couple of minutes and then again the same. Do these until you draw off all the water with dissolve solution. After that leave the machine for more than 20 minutes. Remove then the remaining water with solution from the water tank, rinse it and fill it with fresh water. Now draw again continuously hot water from the machine in order to rinse it completely.
The last portion of hot water taste it to be sure that is pure clean and if not refill the water tank again and perform another rinsing.
Now the machine is ready to be used again.
Try to do decaling every 20 to 30 days.
If you plan to leave the machine unused for along time perform a decaling in order to avoid the possibilities of having the machine stuck when you will try using it again after a long time.
A machine which is used frequently every day is more secure to work fine even without any decaling but machines which are used rarely is more possible to have problems of stacking out in water outlet or coffee outlet.
