I am unable to see at a glance how to correct this but it is between its menu, channel and volume buttons to alter the settings it may be worth to run through the re-tune sequence below?
To preset a channel or to change a preset channel, follow the procedure below.
1) Press the POWER button to turn on the TV.
2) Press the MENU button so that the menu display appears
on the TV screen.
3) Press the CH(annel) ? or ? button to point to "CHANNEL SET".
Then, press the VOL(ume) ? button.
4) Press the CH(annel) ? or ? button to point to "AUTO PRESET CH".
Then, press the VOL(ume) ? button.
The tuner scans and memorizes all active channels in your area.
? The TV distinguishes between standard TV channels and cable channels.
? When AUTO PRESET CH action is completed, the lowest memorized channel reappears on the
screen.
? When you press the CH(annel) ? or ? button after selecting "AUTO PRESET CH", the tuner
will stop at the memorized channels only.
? The TV may recognize TV channels to be CATV channels by the receiving conditions. In this
case, try AUTO PRESET CH action again in the fine receiving conditions.
? When AUTO PRESET CH is activated where there is no TV signal input,"NO TV SIGNALS"
will appear on the display after the completion of channel scanning. [ADD/DELETE FUNCTION]

Perform "ADD/DELETE" function while this display appears on the
screen.

Codes to check with ILO TV are: 0198 1070 1024 1023 . Keep in mind that. If one code do not match with your TV, try an other code only after switch OFF the TV by its Main Power On/Off switch, and switch it back again. Direct Code Entry
Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then
release the SETUP button.
Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator
blinks, then stays lit.
Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry,
the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further
programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try
one of the other codes for your brand.
Code Search If after trying "Direct Code Entry" your device does not respond, or if your
brand is not listed, try doing a search of the code library for your code by
following these steps.
Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.

release the SETUP button.
Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator

the procedure for Direct Code Entry and press CBL in step 2 of Direct Code
Entry, then enter ANY VCR code in step 3 of Direct Code Entry. Then follow the
steps above for Code Search.
Not sure if you've decided to throw your remote control away already or not. But try using the manual search code. I have only tried this with an LG TV. Hopefully it helps you out. Basically press "TV" (light blinks once), then press the "Up" channel button and the "up" volume button at the same time (light comes on permanently), then hold down "Power" whilst putting the remote RIGHT IN FRONT of the place where your tv receives signal (usually where you can see a light), and I mean right in front! Hold it down until your tv powers off. Then it should be configured and working. It took me about 1 minute or more for the TV to react and turn off. Then you can check if it turns on again and if the channels are working. Maybe you'd need to press something else instead of TV for a VCR? But the trick is to be about 1mm away from the signal receiver. I literally put it in front of the red light of the tv.
I found the manual online for the URC-7710, but i do not see a code for an Acer TV.
