The control lock light is on and the machine wont start

You should be able to toggle off the Control Panel Lock by pressing and holding the Energy Saver Dry pad for 4+ seconds. If the light doesn't go off, try shifting your finger position on the touch pad. I have a few appliances where the angle pressure has to be just right for a "press and hold" to be recognized.

If several attempts fail, the keypad, wiring or the main board aren't communicating properly. Please check the model number of the dishwasher; there are several KUDS01FLSS models.
