You won't be replacing batteries on Logitech's newest iPad keyboard case. As its name implies, the Solar Keyboard Folio uses light to maintain its battery life, which is two years on a complete charge, claims Logitech. Two small solar panels integrated into the Folio use either indoor or outdoor light to keep the Bluetooth keyboard juiced up.

I know this was forever ago, but yes you can. If the batteries will no longer charge on your keyfolio lift the rubber mat slightly on either side of the red caps, you will see tiny screws which can be unscrewed with a jeweler's/small screwdriver. Then the red caps will slide off of the ends. The whole aluminum silver cover will slide off of the battery case and you can then replace the two AAA enelope batteries inside--with other rechargable batteries (I simply found 2 more enelope brand ones) which you can find online. Replace the cover, end caps, and screws and set your keyfolio in bright sunlight to fully charge. Good as new!

I would like to get a solar acc to power my fire tablet is that possible?

Yes. Several companies make solar panels with USB outouts. Another approach is to use a solar panel to charge a separate battery which can then be used to power the Kindle. One such supplier is GOALZERO

Note: this is not an endorsement. I've looked through their product line and have been impressed, but I have not bought anything from them.

Light stays on charging, doesn't shut off..... Doesn't hold a charge

Hello, Pull the electric cord and let the battery run all the way down. Pull the battery out and try powering up and down on the switch without the battery in. If that works then you have a bad battery.

Cannot establish blue tooth connection to ipad

try to turn on BT on iPad while Logitech is blinking (which means it in pairing mode and can be discovered). If that doesn't help I'd suggest to remove batteries from Logitech for 3-5 minutes then put them back.

Trio Quad Core Tablet will not charge

Either the charger or the battery is faulty, from the sound of your fault description. If the tablet will turn on and run normally when the charger is plugged in, then the problem most likely lies with the battery. If it will not run even when the charger is on, then the charger is most likely the cause of the fault. If your tablet is still under warranty, either problem should be repaired free
