For paren lock code when asked for the 4 digits press 1 9 6 then backspace then 8 7 hope that helps

Perform System restore and you can use your old password.

IF you forgot the wifi password, there is a reset button on the router that you can use to reset it back to the settings that it came with. If you use that you will have to reset a new password.

1. Go to www.leapfrog.com
2. On the top right of the page click "My Account"
3. Sign in using the email address used to set up your LeapPad Ultra
4. You will land on the "My Account" page. Directly beneath your name, email address and email preferences, you will see your LeapPad Ultra 4 digit Parent Lock code.

How do I obtain a parent code for my child's leap pad ultra? My child started the ultra before I could set up anything.
