If it is printing two copies of the same document then likely your driver has been defaulted to print 2 copies. If one page is blank the first answer is likely the cause of your problem. You may also have your paper size set wrong and it is feeding a second page thinking it needs legal paper when you have letter size paper loaded.
What document you are trying to print?
If it is Excel or Word document you have created a second blank page, reopen the document and delete the second empty page.

Managed to solve this myself: I disassembled the printer and noticed there was a paper jammed in the duplex tray. Rolls were all ok, but the paper blocked the use of the duplex pathway. For disassembly help check the HP 1320 service manual, which you can find on the net as a PDF.

check printer door, there is a small plastic piece wich pushed down (to open) lasser scaner cover. if this piece is broken you can get blank page
