I would be suprissed if West Bend has that information, most companies only sell external parts and very rarely have wiring diagrams unless it is a expensive commercial appliance.

I would contact West Been Directly, their number is 800-688-1989.

Here is a link to the instruction manual on their site, it might have some helpful information. http://westbend.com/media/catalog/product/doc/L5613E_Large_Capacity_Urns_Commercial.pdf

Also here is a link to the parts page on their site: 33600 Large Coffee Urn 100 Cup

Intermittent power in 33600 coffee maker

Possibly a short in your power cord. Try plugging into a different outlet before replacing the cord. Also make sure the contacts where you plug the cord into the coffee pot are clean and not loose/broken.

33600 not staying hot.

According to West Bend, not cleaning it, especially the heating unit well, will cause this. Here's the link for your manual. Go to page 3. This manual covers 3 models, including #33600. http://www.manualslib.com/manual/189911/West-Bend-13500.html#manual

Where can I replacement filters for a 100 cup West Bend coffee maker?

The West Bend Large Capacity Coffemakers do not use replacement filters. The manual for the West Bend 33600 Large Coffee Urn is available here:

http://www.westbend.com/supportdata/L5613B_LargeCapacityUrns-All.pdf

Use an electric perk or regular grind coffee in the percolator basket rather than a 'drip' or finely ground coffee that would require a filter.

If you require a new basket, please see the West Bend on-line replacement part site here:

West Bend 33600 heats to 178 degrees

Im sure one of the thermostats is a high heat thermostat but more than likely the element is covered with lime, I would put some diluted "Lime Away" and let it soak for a few hours then drain it and run clear water through it three of four times.

If this doesn't work for you then I would change the high heat thermostat.

West Bend 33600 doesn't heat - how do I test thermal fuse?

Yes, if you have no continuity across a thermal cut-off, that means it is blown.

How to fasten heating element to pot

Had a little problem loosening the nut from the heating element, but once I got it off, cleaned all parts , went to an auto supply store and was lucky to find the right size gasket ( it was a part for a Nissan auto ) , used Permatex silicone gasket sealer, put all parts together, tightened the nut real tight, made all electrical connections, tested the pot with water, heated up real fine , no leaks , Problem solved.
